During the Sub-Forum on Cultural Strength and Development Opportunities of the Greater Bay Area (GBA), Huo Qigang, Chairman of the Hong Kong Arts Development Council, expressed that Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao share a profound historical and cultural foundation.
